Steve and Jill Linton are the owners of the site now being developed into Old Mill. Steve, a third-generation resident of the area, grew up in the forest products industry and once hauled logs to the same mill he and Jill would later own and operate. After a successful career with Tri-Pro Forest Products, the couple envisioned transforming the mill site into a vibrant community. Partnering with architect Glen Lanker, they are bringing Old Mill to life as a premier traditional neighborhood development (TND).
Glen Lanker
Town Co-Founder, Developer & Architect
Glen Lanker is the President and Principal Architect of ARTIOS, Inc., based in Hayden, Idaho. With over 40 years of experience, Glen specializes in mixed-use developments and traditional neighborhood design. ARTIOS is currently leading the master planning and development of Old Mill, a 180-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development on the Pend Oreille River in Old Town, Idaho, incorporating the historic Diamond Lumber Mill.
DaLe Rainey
Real Estate Broker
Dale Rainey has over 35 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, and engineering. He is the managing member of Rainey Design Group, with offices in Hayden,Idaho, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Additionally, Dale is a founding partner of 47 North, a group of companies focused on acquiring and funding development projects through SEC-registered syndication.
Currently, he serves as the designated broker and buyer liaison for Old Mill Real Estate.
Deborah moon

Deborah has extensive experience in custom residential design, presentation and construction documents.Two years ago, she moved from the Sun Valley area to Coeur D Alene and is now on the team working on the Old Mill Project. Her experience in Land Development, including a golf course resort and several residential projects, has made her an asset to the concept being created at Old Mill.
John PENLAND
ARCHITECTure Team
John holds a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology in 1993 from Kennesaw State University (Southern Tech at time of graduation) in Marietta, Georgia., John has spent over 30 years in the architectural field starting on the east coast in the Atlanta area. His experience includes producing construction documents for various size commercial projects including churches, retail, and industrial as well as custom residential.
