Steve and Jill Linton are the owners of the site now being developed into Old Mill. Steve, a third-generation resident of the area, grew up in the forest products industry and once hauled logs to the same mill he and Jill would later own and operate. After a successful career with Tri-Pro Forest Products, the couple envisioned transforming the mill site into a vibrant community. Partnering with architect Glen Lanker, they are bringing Old Mill to life as a premier traditional neighborhood development (TND).

Town Co-Founder, Developer & Architect

Glen Lanker is the President and Principal Architect of ARTIOS, Inc., based in Hayden, Idaho. With over 40 years of experience, Glen specializes in mixed-use developments and traditional neighborhood design. ARTIOS is currently leading the master planning and development of Old Mill, a 180-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development on the Pend Oreille River in Old Town, Idaho, incorporating the historic Diamond Lumber Mill.

DaLe Rainey

Vice president of development

With more than 35 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, engineering, and land planning, Dale Rainey leads the execution of Old Mill as Vice President of Development. As founder of Rainey Design Group and a longtime real estate broker and developer, Dale brings decades of expertise in creating thoughtfully designed communities that blend timeless architecture, walkability, and lasting value. His leadership is helping transform Old Mill into one of the Northwest's premier riverfront destinations.
